BBC One starts the day’s coverage with an hour-long episode of Football Focus at 12:00 BST on Sunday, while you can follow updates on all the games from 17:00 BST on Final Score on BBC Two.
Highlights from all the games will be on BBC One’s Match of the Day on Sunday evening at 22:30 BST.
BBC Radio 5 Live will have coverage of Nottingham Forest’s match at home to Chelsea with commentary from Ian Dennis and former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson.
Chris Coles and ex-Liverpool full-back Stephen Warnock will commentate from Anfield as Arne Slot’s champions host FA Cup winners Crystal Palace on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2.
And on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 3, Sohail Sahi and ex-Wolves striker Matt Jarvis will cover the Molineux side’s home game against Brentford.
